Dr. Dawn Marie Horn is a Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic and received her degree, 1995, from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Horn feels the important aspects of healthcare include a holistic approach, educating her patients and working together with other specialists for optimal health.

The patient is foremost in our minds. We work together with patients to develop individualized healthcare programs becoming partners in health.
